Dr Lester Pepingco (BMEDSC, MBBS (HONS), DIPCH, FRACGP) studied medicine at the University of Sydney and graduated with honours. He worked for three years at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he was awarded Intern Doctor Of The Year.

Lester’s interests include medical education and he has worked previously as an associate clinical lecturer for the University of Sydney medical program. He has published research papers in the Medical Journal of Australia and the ANZ Journal of Surgery and has been awarded the Stawell Prize by the Australian Medical Association for “publishing research which was most likely to advance and influence clinical practice and improve the health of Australians in 2013”. In 2022, he was awarded the RACGP Supervisor of the Year.

When he is not practicing medicine he enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog Blinky, Pockets and woodworking.
