Earlier this year we undertook a survey process through an external provider InSync.

After reviewing our recent patient survey results, it’s clear that there are areas where we can enhance our services to better serve our community. Specifically, we’ve noted feedback regarding the ease and timeliness of scheduling appointments, as well as our punctuality in seeing our patients.

In response to your feedback, we’re excited to share several key improvements we are implementing:

Facility Renovations: We’re underway with ongoing renovations to modernise our facility and streamline our operations. This includes the addition of a new consultation room, which will increase our capacity to see patients promptly. Our goal is to create a more welcoming and efficient space that facilitates better patient care and minimizes wait times.

Welcoming Dr. Charles Rose: In January 2024, we were delighted to welcome Dr. Charles Rose to our team. Dr. Rose brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to our practice. His addition has already started to make a positive impact on our appointment availability and has helped us to reduce wait times for our patients.

Expanding Our Medical Team: Recognizing the need for further improvement, we are in the process of recruiting an additional doctor who will join us in July 2024. This expansion of our medical team will significantly increase our appointment availability and flexibility, making it easier for you to find a convenient time for your visits and reducing the wait times further.

We are dedicated to not only meeting the national averages but surpassing them by offering you a service that is both efficient and centered around your needs. These improvements are a testament to our commitment to you, our patients, and we are excited to see the positive changes they will bring.
